Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to your original shipping box.
Ship the Device
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring that all internal electronic components are properly padded to prevent transit damage.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Our technicians will inspect the returned hardware for functionality, and once verified, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
